New Genesis Productions

A two-week program for older and more experienced students wishing to challenge themselves working on a full play by William Shakespeare. This year the returning students have been asked to suggest a play or role they would most like to work on. These ideas will be taken into consideration for the final choice for the ensemble. Basic Schedule: The mornings are spent training voice, movement, discussions about the play, text understanding, memorization techniques, and building acting skills. After lunch the play is rehearsed toward performance. Costumes, sets and prop building are also a part of the action and the ensemble participates in taking these jobs on. ​
