MANY THANKS TO A GREAT COMMUNITY
OF LOCAL BUSINESSES and FRIENDS!

NGP was officially established as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in 2010. Every year our youth troupe numbers have steadily grown and the production values have increased to match. We love what we do and hope to continue bringing live theatre into the community for many years to come.
We hope to continue offering scholarships to deserving students and to be able to spread out further in Hudson Valley. Please consider lending your support–make a tax deductible donation to NGP’s Scholarship Fund today!

Since its founding in 2002, our company has taken root and grown beyond our dreams. What was once a crumbling stage built on the foundations of an old chicken coop has grown into a beautiful covered outdoor stage with a beautiful and extensively stocked costume barn nearby. We now run three Shakespeare Intensive camps each summer on our site, serving over 35 young actors and assisted by a lively crew of guest directors, designers, stage managers, and production assistants. Special acknowledgement to Jeff Anderson, our master carpenter, for his work in the building of the Little Globe Stage, the costume barn and his on-going work on the new tiring house. With the completion of the tiring house, New Genesis’ site, company, and programs continues to grow and flourish.
